Overview :
Ageas Federal Life Insurance is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Managers to lead life insurance sales through effective team building and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of experience in sales within the logistics or allied industries (tyres, batteries, lubricants, etc.) and have strong exposure to Direct sales and Fleet engagement.
Key & Business Development :
- Drive life insurance product sales (Group Policies) to Fleet owners & achieve monthly and quarterly Budgeted nos.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory by appointing Insurance Advisors within Fleet Staff (like Guarantor of Drivers, Fleet Operations Manager etc).
Team Management :
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors / agents.Motivate and mentor team members for consistent performance.Customer Engagement :
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.Ensure superior customer experience and service delivery.Compliance & Reporting :
Adhere to Ageas Federals policies and IRDAI regulations.Submit accurate and timely sales reports to management.Required Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA - Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in logistics or allied industries (tyres, batteries, lubricants, etc.).Proven track record in Direct sales and distribution - Strong communication and negotiation skills.Leadership and team-building capabilities.Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.Key Competencies :
