Job Opportunity : Business Finance (FP&A)

We are looking for a results-driven Business Finance professional (FP&A) with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills to provide valuable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Conduct variance analysis to highlight key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to provide actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and MIS reports to track performance against business plans.
• Support long-term financial planning, scenario modeling, and investment decisions.
• Ensure process improvements in financial reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Provide financial insights on cost optimization, profitability analysis, and business growth 2-6 years of experience in FP&A / Business Finance.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (experience with BI tools is a plus).
