Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling real estate properties, assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, and staying updated on market trends to better serve clients. The role also requires identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills to provide an excellent experience and build strong client relationships.
• Proven knowledge of real estate industry practices, including Real Estate and Real Property management.
• Valid Real Estate License as per applicable laws and regulations.
• Experience in sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Working knowledge of the local real estate market in Gurugram is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
