Job Title: Motor Winder

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform winding and rewinding of sewing machine motors.

• Rewind, repair, and service electric motors from 1 HP to 25 HP.

• Dismantle motors and inspecting windings, insulation, bearings, and components.

• Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

• Select correct copper wire gauge, insulation, and winding pattern.

• Reassemble motors and ensure proper alignment.

• Test motors using megger and multimeter before final handover.

Motor Types Handled:

• Sewing machine motors

• Single-phase motors • Three-phase motors

• Capacitors start / run motors • Industrial motors (1 HP to 25 HP) Skills & Experience

• Experience in motor winding and rewinding work.

• Knowledge of motor nameplates and basic electrical diagrams.

• Familiar with electrical testing tools.

• Ability to work independently.

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in motor winding

Qualification :

• ITI / Diploma Electrical preferred or relevant experience Tools & Safety

• Motor winding machine, megger, multimeter, hand tools.

• Follow electrical safety standards and use PPE.
