About Our Client

Our client is a is the world's most advanced metabolic fitness platform. By using glucose and other biomarkers, they are helping people improve their energy levels, lose fat and avoid metabolic disorders.

Role

We are looking for an experienced tax professional to manage Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory with exposure to global taxation across India, US, UK, and UAE.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage annual TP documentation (local files, Master File, CBCR, etc) with consultants and internal teams.

 Monitor intercompany transactions (goods, services, intangibles, financing) to ensure arm’s length pricing.

 Support TP audits, litigation, and certification.

 Provide inputs on global tax matters – cross-border structuring, etc.

 Support in TP audits & litigation, preparing responses and documentation for tax authorities.

Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant

 5–10 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing & International Tax (preferably in manufacturing).

 Strong knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, Indian TP rules, and global tax practices.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
