Job Title : Full Stack Engineer

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Location-Pune & Gurgaon

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI (Python) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance web applications across front-end and back-end. This role requires hands-on coding skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of databases, APIs, CI / CD, and Agile methodologies .

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI .
Build reusable front-end components and scalable back-end services .
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance products.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in React.js for building scalable, performant UIs.

Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend services and APIs.

Good knowledge of FastAPI (Python) for microservice development.

Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and related libraries / frameworks.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.

Knowledge of Git / GitHub, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployments .

Exposure to Agile / Scrum practices.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
