Java Full Stack Developer | Pune (On-site / Hybrid)

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of a large-scale enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Build robust backend services using Java , Spring Boot , and microservices architecture .
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle , including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Ensure high-quality releases through code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Take ownership of production release planning and execution.
• Identify risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities in existing operations.
• Mentor mid-level developers and contribute to overall team success.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
