Master’s degree in Refrigeration / Thermal Engineering / Fluids and Thermal Engineering / Energy from a reputed institute. 5–9 years of experience in refrigerator design and development. As a Thermal Engineer in our R&D Centre, you will lead the design and development of next-generation refrigeration systems and thermal management solutions. Your expertise will help us create indigenous technologies with unique value propositions for the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heat load calculations and thermal analysis for refrigeration systems.
- Design and optimize cooling and heating devices using analytical and simulation methods.
- Utilize advanced design and simulation software for thermal and fluid flow modeling.
- Apply strong knowledge of Refrigeration Cycle parts and systems in product development.
- Research and integrate market trends into innovative designs and technologies.
- Contribute to new technology development and define unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.
