With 7 strategically located offices in India, we are rapidly growing here in International Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management and Domestic Logistics Services.

You will provide first class service to overseas and Indian customers for freight and international supply chain management services, offer them solutions and build long-lasting relationships with them.

Responsibilities of the position include :

  • Managing shipment bookings as per individual customers' SOPs and managing related documentation
  • Managing vendors and carriers, resolving queries and managing exceptions and escalation
  • Communicating independently with shippers, overseas offices, overseas customer and shipping lines
  • Freight negotiation with shipping lines and other vendors to get the best costs

The ideal candidate :

  • Have strong leadership experience in a customer facing role in International Supply Chain Management / International Freight Forwarding / Buyers Consolidation /  International Logistics
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Be efficient, results driven, communicative and personable
  • Be proactive and have the energy and enthusiasm to drive best practices and innovation
  • Well versed with shipping processes and physical shipment operation
  • High degree of comfort with IT systems
