Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Human Resources Executive in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling overall HR-related functions. The Human Resources Executive will ensure a seamless and productive workplace environment aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations

Experience in steel fabrication or construction environments

Strong expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of HR Policies

Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and strategies

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to manage and resolve workplace conflict effectively

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in human resources or a related role is an advantage
