Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in backend frameworks, databases, and cloud infrastructure, along with a passion for solving complex problems.
You will play a key role in :
- Developing and maintaining backend systems
- Ensuring performance, scalability, and security

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScriptBuild secure and scalable APIs (RESTful; GraphQL knowledge is a plus)Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for schema design, data modeling, optimization, and migrationsDeploy and manage applications on AWS within Linux / Unix environmentsImplement CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth deploymentsCollaborate with frontend developers (Next.js) and AI teams (Python-based solutions)Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainabilityFollow security best practices to safeguard systems and dataContribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience2–3 years of experience with Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScriptProficiency with MongoDB and PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization)Strong knowledge of AWS and Linux / Unix environmentsExperience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)Familiarity with Docker and CI / CD toolsStrong testing background (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)Knowledge of Python for backend scripting or AI / ML integrations (advantage)Exposure to frontend-backend integration with Next.js (plus)Soft Skills
