ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. This individual will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management (ORM) and assisting with the setup, discovery, and strategic direction of the system.

• At least 6 years of IT experience is required for this position.
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Java, XML, Angular, and Jelly, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow domain knowledge and functionality impact on business operations is essential.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to implement ServiceNow into our environment, specifically IRM, and help migrate away from Archer. They will be responsible for setting up ORM, conducting discovery, and providing strategic direction, aligning with IRM module work and focusing on Business Continuity Management (BCM).

This role requires a deep understanding of the four ORM modules : service risk management, continuous monitoring, impact tolerance assessments, and scenario analysis. The ideal candidate will have technical and domain expertise in these areas and be able to effectively communicate their findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
