Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days Work from Office per week)

About the Role : We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security compliance.

Perform data migration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce orgs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows .

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft / others), and third-party connectors.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits .

Experience with Salesforce CI / CD, version control (Git), and DevOps tools .

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or other advanced certifications preferred.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
