Key Responsibilities :Sales Support & Strategy Execution :Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Support the sales team in executing day-to-day operations, ensuring all team members are focused on achieving sales goals.Sales Team Leadership & Development :Provide guidance and mentorship to sales staff, helping them improve sales techniques and performance.Monitor the performance of sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales quotas.Conduct regular sales meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Client Relationship Management :Maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring timely follow-up.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.Sales Reporting & Analysis :Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance trends and identifying areas for improvement.Track sales activities, opportunities, and revenue streams to ensure goals are being met.Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on sales performance data.Market & Product Knowledge :Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.Assist in the development and communication of product promotions and sales initiatives.Sales Process & CRM Management :Ensure the sales process is followed effectively, from lead generation to closing.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes.Administrative Support :Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including report preparation, data entry, and scheduling.Ensure timely processing of sales contracts and documentation.Skills Required
