Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)

Position : Part-time, Freelance or Project based

Work Mode : Remote / Work From Home

Experience : 1–3 Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and emerging ad networks to scale our course enrollments and revenue.

Your goal will be to drive leads, conversions, and revenue through data-driven strategies, A / B testing, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and creative testing to improve CTR and ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to build conversion-focused creatives and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Manage and track ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend across channels.
  • Implement tracking and conversion pixels accurately.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Experience with A / B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong Excel / Sheets skills.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable with cross-functional workflows.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi required.
