Azure Data Engineer - SQL / Azure Data Factory

Job Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer - Azure with strong expertise in Data Migration and ADF to lead a critical data migration engagement. The candidate will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines while ensuring best practices in Azure-based solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver data engineering solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Lead data migration projects using ADF and SQL.
• Work on rapid prototyping and POC development.
• Advance technical architecture and implementation best practices.
• Define and refine functional / non-functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
• Collaborate in small, agile teams with short iteration cycles.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in data practices.
• Work with architects and management for solution direction.
