🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
📞 Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation : Conduct outreach calls to U.S.-based convenience store owners to introduce our POS solutions.🤝 Networking & Relationship Building : Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.💼 Product Demonstrations : Present and demo our POS product line to potential customers, guiding them from interest to close.📊 Negotiations & Closing : Negotiate pricing and package options, ensuring win-win agreements.🎯 Sales Quota Achievement : Go the “extra mile” to meet or exceed sales targets.📝 Pipeline & CRM Management : Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information to maintain a healthy pipeline.✅ Who You Are
2–3+ years of proven sales experience (lead generation, cold calling, high-ticket closing).Experienced in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.REQUIRED : Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written).Nice to Have : Fluency in Gujarati, Punjabi, or Urdu .Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.📩 Application Process Overview
