Location-Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage the IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting , with a focus on OneStream , but also considering Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar tool.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support .
  • Drive process optimization and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or improvement opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting domains.
  • Strong understanding of consolidation processes , intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar products is also acceptable.
  • Solid project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
