Social Media Manager (Agency / Multi-Account Focus)

Location : CR Park, South Delhi

Experience Required : Minimum 1–2 years in social media management, preferably in an agency or multi-account setup.

Salary Range (Annual CTC) : ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 LPA (Based on experience, interview performance, and proven proficiency in Social Media Management).

Employment Type : Full-time, Immediate Joiner.

Key Responsibilities :

As a hands-on Social Media Manager, you will be the core driver of our clients' online presence and growth. Your responsibilities will include :

• Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for 6–8 client accounts across various industries.
• Platform Management : Manage and grow brand presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube , and others.
• Paid Campaigns : Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) with a clear focus on client ROI and performance targets. Oversee budgets for all paid promotions.
• Client Relations : Handle all client communication, conduct strategic consultation calls, and present monthly performance reports.
• Content Coordination : Coordinate seamlessly with internal design, content, and video teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Performance Analysis : Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Community Engagement : Manage community interaction by promptly responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to foster a positive brand image.
• Market Monitoring : Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to suggest and implement fresh, innovative social media ideas.
