Job Summary

Are you a Professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to build a career in Human Resources ? We are inviting motivated graduates / postgraduates to join as HR Recruiters and fast-track their careers into a Human Resources Executive role within 6 months . This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles. Roles you will be recruiting primarily involve mid senior sales / digital marketing / business analysts.
• Use Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement .
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing .
• Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising .
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation .
• Maintain HRIS records , support human resource planning and policy implementation.
• Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews .
• Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects .
