The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing our service portfolio and must have strong expertise in new business sales, account management, and lead conversion. Experience : Minimum 1 year in Sales

Responsibilities :

• Drive new business development and manage growth from existing accounts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers with strong closing ability.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to promote GIST’s products and services.
• Ensure effective account management for client retention and portfolio growth.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity reports, and forecasts.
• Adopt a consultative sales approach, delivering solutions aligned with the client's business needs.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet and engage with clients.
• Take ownership of professional growth and maintain updated industry and competitive knowledge
