Working Mode : Work From have an urgent requirement for UI / UX Product haves candidate must have worked on an analytical tool development have good working knowledge in tableau, Power BI or similar analytical who can join in 30 days or less may only : of this role :

• Conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, designing visual elements like menus and widgets, collaborating with product managers and developers, and conducting usability testing to improve the user experience.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Create Prototypes using Prototyping Tools
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key & Responsibilities :
• Create simple and seamless experiences across a variety of apps and platforms by distilling product requirements and user goals into sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with brilliant and passionate design, copywriting and product teams to take ideas from conception to release.
• Advocate for simplicity at every moment, constantly re-evaluate existing products and suggest ways to fix and enhance the experience.
• Working in close collaboration with Design, Executive teams to see projects from concept through implementation and beyond.
• Constantly champion the user, in every aspect of your work. People over pixels.
• Self-growth and educating other members of the team. Everyone has something to learn and something to share.
• Present your work to teammates and stakeholders to get buy-in on your Required :
• Technical skills : Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or UXPin.
• Knowledge of development : Understanding of front-end development principles (like HTML / CSS) to create feasible designs.
• Problem-solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot UX issues.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Project management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Prior experience (3 years or more) in product design and user experience at a reputable organization
• Strong understanding of both user needs and business goals, a portfolio of past projects, and excellent communication skills.
• An undergraduate degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge and proven experience in UI / UX design and UX research practices
• Good time-management skills
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to extract valuable insights
• Portfolio of previous projects, depicting visual design and storytelling skills
• Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• Understanding of leading product design strategies
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, devise strategies and measure the progress of projects over time
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Expert-level knowledge and speed working in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
