Job Title : Systems Engineer Application Management and General Support SFCC

Payroll : Kudzu (One-time fee as per agreement)

Experience Required : 8+ Years

Location : Gurgaon / Hyderabad

Urgency : Very High (Immediate joining preferred)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to support application management and general technical operations. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of SFCC SiteGenesis, PWA / React, Node.js, and scripting tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day operations and support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of platform issues.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth application functioning.
  • Provide general support for front-end and back-end components using SFCC SiteGenesis, React / PWA, and Node.js.
  • Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting for performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts and automation tools to streamline support tasks.
  • Participate in environment setup, deployment activities, and change management processes.
  • Support integrations with third-party APIs and internal systems.

Required Skillset :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with SiteGenesis.
  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and React.js for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and shell scripting for automation and support tooling.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Working knowledge of deployment processes and CI / CD in an e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with SFRA (Salesforce Reference Architecture) is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices in application support.
