Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune,. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, providing training and support to the sales team, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a sales team
Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the industrial solutions sector is a plus
