Marketing Automation Analyst - HubSpot (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Campaign Workflow Development : Design, build, and refine workflows that support both in-house and third party digital marketing campaigns.
2. Performance Analysis : Develop scorecards, reports, and dashboards of marketing KPIs to convey results to the management team and other stakeholders.
3. A / B Testing : Conduct A / B testing to optimize landing pages, lead collection processes, email performance, and other campaign elements.
4. Database Management : Collaborate with the sales and BDR teams to ensure data hygiene, accurate segmentation, and audience analysis.
5. Tool Proficiency : Utilize and maintain a deep understanding of sales and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Slintel.
6. Project Coordination : Collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and other functional areas, to set and drive campaign 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably in a SAAS environment, with a strong understanding of operations and analytics.
