About the Role :

You Dot, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Editor to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of the full content creation process — from handling the camera and shooting to editing and scheduling.

You’ll assist in scripting, appear in videos when needed, and help bring engaging visual stories to life for both our brand and our clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Edit and refine short-form (Reels, Shorts) and full-format videos for You Dot and client brands
• Assist in scripting and brainstorming creative video ideas
• Handle basic camera setup and shooting tasks during content creation
• Occasionally appear on camera for brand and client projects
• Maintain and update the content schedule to ensure consistent uploads
• Support the creative team in managing footage and project organization
