Key Responsibilities :

• Lead enterprise networking operations and ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability across global infrastructure.
• Manage and support multi-vendor network platforms, including Cisco, Juniper, and SD-WAN / SDN solutions.
• Oversee 24x7 NOC operations, incident response, and service continuity for critical environments.
• Drive network automation, proactive monitoring, and root cause analysis (RCA) documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement and govern ITIL-based processes for change, incident, and problem management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize processes, resources, and performance metrics to achieve operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to strategic planning for network capacity, security, and technology evolution.
