Job description

Education : BE-Instrumentation Engineering (Graduation is Mandatory)

Experience : 4-8 years' experience in Oil & Industry.

Summary : Responsible for all Instrumentation Functions of Oil & Gas Division

Area of Responsibilities : -

Procurement Assistance (Sending RFQ, evaluate offer & deciding the exact cost, negotiation whenever require).

Engineering & Vendor Document Review pre award & Post award of project

Monitoring & Expediting Instrumentation Work Related to Detail Engineering, Site Engineering

Involve in tendering by carrying details engineering, Finding Instrumentation Scope. Provide Total Instrumentation Cost for the Tender. Negotiating with vender to precise the cost to win tender.

During Tendering stage -Floating of enquiry, technical and commercial bid evaluation after getting Quotation negotiation of Offer Techno-commercially. Based on quotation preparing complete SOR for the Pipeline / Plant Project for Domestic & International bidding.

Post award of Project -Co-coordination with Vendor / Client to fulfil the certification requirement as per project. Coordination with Vendor for Document submission for Ordered Instrumentation review of documents & giving Technical Clearance. Taking responsibility till manufacturing clearance of Instruments

Co-ordinating with Site for Progress / Completion of Instrumentation work & resolving technical queries.

Review of Detail Engineering document & Vendor documents & raising technical query.

Preparation of Instrumentation deliverable Documents (MR, Technical Queries, TBA, Vendor Documents Review & approval, Hooks up Drawings). Preparation of Erection & Installation Tender.

Vender development for Domestic & International project for Instrumentation & Telecommunication pre bid & post bid to get Techno-commercial offer.

Telecommunication Package providing cost for the telecommunication package during tender stage. For providing the cost reviewing of tender documents, finding the scope, floating enquiring, getting cost and provide all the cost to tender department for Pipeline & Plant project domestic & internationally

After award of Job Taking responsibility of review of telecommunication scope, preparation of RFQ / review / approval of documents until manufacturing clearance.
