Job descriptionStrong expertise in Python and frameworks like Flask or Django. Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in REST API, microservices, and web architecture. Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure). Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Optional : Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn). Collaborate with customer architects to finalize technical designs. Present design options and conduct product demos for clients. Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team Execute and monitor release processes ensuring smooth deployment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to break down complex problems into logical components. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills. Proven team leadership and mentoring experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under press Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of business problems, and leadership ability to guide teams and deliver client-centric results.
Software Design & Development :
- Advise software developers on design and development of features and components with a deep understanding of the clients business needs.
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable applications using Python and related frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).
- Contribute to system architecture, design documents (HLD, LLD, SAD), and data models.
- Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and machine learning models where applicable.
