Project Lead (15h Left)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for smart metering initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operational performance of smart meters, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to maximize project profitability while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with DISCOMs to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to oversee the integration of smart metering systems with existing digital platforms and analytics tools.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication and strategic planning.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring project objectives meet the expectations of internal and external partners.
• Monitor and report on project progress, utilizing advanced project management tools and methodologies.
• Ensure the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance the scalability and efficiency of smart metering solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
