Act as the lead architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow solution, overseeing end-to-end design from initial discovery to deployment and adoption.
Conduct technical design and architectural planning, including data models, workflows, integrations, UI customizations, and AI enhancements using Yokohama features.
Translate high-level business requirements into comprehensive technical designs, evaluating and recommending optimal use of platform capabilities like App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Now Assist.
Lead solution design workshops, presentations, and reviews for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and client's IT teams.
Guide and mentor cross-functional teams (e.g., workflow consultants, integration developers, UI builders, Now Assist specialists) on ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and innovative Yokohama-specific solutions.
Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow governance standards, while identifying architectural risks and proposing mitigations.
Collaborate with the Program Manager to align architecture with project timelines, budget, scope, and business objectives.
Oversee integrations with external systems, optimizing data flows for the Concept to Market process.
Drive strategic decisions on AI integration, such as using Now Assist for generative AI in workflows to accelerate automation and productivity.
Provide technical liaison between the project team, client's internal IT, and business units, facilitating knowledge transfer and post-deployment support.
Requirements :
10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on large-scale, complex enterprise projects.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, data modeling, development frameworks (App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Builder), and integration patterns (Integration Hub).
Proven track record in designing greenfield workflow automation solutions, with strong knowledge of business process management and Concept to Market processes.
Experience with AI / ML capabilities, particularly ServiceNow's Now Assist suite for generative AI and virtual agents.
Familiarity with UI Builder for modern user experiences and Yokohama release enhancements (e.g., AI Agent Studio, improved automation).
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer required; additional certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Now Assist) highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and experience managing multi-dependency environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Willingness to work in flexible time zones for global collaboration; remote / hybrid options available.
