About the Role

We are looking for an Off-Call Supervisor to oversee and support our IT Sales team. This role focuses on ensuring call quality, process adherence, performance monitoring, and providing on-the-spot feedback to enhance sales outcomes. The Off-Call Supervisor will not be actively taking client calls but will be guiding, training, and supervising the team to achieve sales targets in IT Services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live and recorded sales calls to evaluate quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team members' sales pitch, product knowledge, and objection-handling skills.
  • Assist the sales team in drafting proposals, understanding client requirements, and closing leads when required.
  • Track individual and team KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct training sessions and role-plays to sharpen the team's sales and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Motivate and support the team to meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales (International markets) with a strong understanding of IT services.
  • Prior experience in call monitoring, team handling, or sales supervision is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and feedback delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess call performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
