Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
 - Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
 - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
 - Monitor and optimise inventory levels to meet project requirements efficiently.
 - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
 - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and plan resource needs.
 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
 - Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving and risk mitigation opportunities.
 The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering mandatory with overall experience of 14+ years in SCM
 - Experience in procurement of Inverters , EMS , SCADA, Power Transformers, 33 KV transformers ,Inverters ,switchyard, transmission line ,cables ,HT panels contracts including costing of these items
 - Contract drafting to mitigate risk
 - Ability to primitive risks & proactive
 - Working experience of SAP
 - Managing team of 7-8 people
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with project stakeholders
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
