Archetype India is expanding its Project & Construction Management team in India and seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale Building & Real Estate projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with international experts on landmark developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are achieved.
• Lead and mentor project management teams to deliver world-class results.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management.
• Maintain strong client relationships, representing Archetype at all project stages.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on project proposals and negotiations.
