Associate Data Product Lead

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager – Data Products who is passionate about building data-driven solutions from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 0-to-1 journeys, is comfortable working with statistics, and can drive rapid prototyping alongside clients to discover product-market fit (PMF).

SatSure is a Series A+ startup working at the intersection of space technology, remote sensing, and AI / Computer Vision. We solve critical problems in financial inclusion for smallholder farmers, climate sustainability, and infrastructure asset monitoring. With a growing team of 150+ dreamers, our vision is to build a global satellite company that pushes the boundaries of what data from space can achieve for people and businesses on Earth.

There is no playbook yet for scaling a company like ours from 50 to 500 enterprise customers—but we are writing it, and you could be part of it.

Role :

You will collaborate with business teams to scale solutions in specific customer segments, and work closely with data scientists to define success criteria and shape product roadmaps. While experiment design is primarily the responsibility of Data Science Managers (DSMs), you will work hand-in-hand with them to align product decisions with modelling approaches and data exploration.

Responsibilities :

Driving Product-Market Fit problem statements

• Lead 0-to-1 product discovery journeys to identify and validate customer problems and PMF.
• Engage with clients in specific segments to prototype rapidly and co-create solutions.
• Evolve prototypes into scalable, common data product roadmaps.
• Apply first-principles thinking and high agency in problem-solving.

Collaboration with Data Science

Work closely with Data Science teams to iterate through experiments.

Support DSMs in defining modelling success criteria while they decide on modelling approaches, sensor data, and feature exploration.

Partner with data scientists to monitor model and product performance against defined criteria.

Product Development & Roadmap

Translate early prototypes into structured product backlogs and incremental releases.

Prioritize trade-offs between features, customer needs, and product scalability.

Ensure continuous feedback loops with clients to refine MVPs and align with long-term product strategy.

Driving Market & Business Success

Collaborate with business teams to help scale offerings within different customer segments.

Contribute to GTM (go-to-market) strategies alongside marketing and sales teams.

Ensure responsible AI practices and ethical data usage in product development.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in technology, statistics, or a related field.

1–2 years of product management, business analysis, or equivalent experience (internships or early-career roles welcome).

Must Have :

Strong comfort with statistics and data analysis to inform product decisions.

High agency and first-principles thinking in approaching problems.

Ability to work with rapid prototyping cycles and co-create solutions with clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

Exposure to working with multimodal data (e.G., sensor, geospatial, text, imagery). Research background or interest in data science approaches for product development.

Familiarity with AI / ML concepts, experiment design, or data products.
