Role Overview :

We're seeking a passionate, customer-focused Fashion Consultant & Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll guide clients in selecting the perfect pieces for their special occasions while delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand's luxury ethos.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized styling advice and in-depth product knowledge to clients.
• Understand customer needs and curate outfit recommendations that align with their vision.
• Drive in-store sales by building lasting relationships with clients.
• Ensure store presentation and displays are always impeccable.
• Stay updated on current trends in luxury Indian fashion and occasion wear.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams—including karigars, fabric experts, and the design team—to ensure accurate communication of client preferences and timely order delivery.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and uphold Origins Hyderabad's standards of excellence.
