Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ITOM (mandatory) and experience in other ServiceNow modules like CPG and SAM Pro . The ideal candidate should have excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions end-to-end.

General Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Work independently or collaboratively within a global delivery environment.
• Interact regularly with clients to understand business processes and requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering, user story creation, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the program team in tool functionality discussions.
• Ensure ServiceNow standard practices are followed in configuration and customization.
• Manage application deployment, configuration, and secure environment operations.
• Review and translate user stories into technical solutions with mock-ups and process documentation.
• Support integration and automation of ServiceNow workflows with third-party applications.
