About the Role :
We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Credit Life Insurance business. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in life insurance sales, particularly in the lending and financial services sector. You will work closely with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and other lending institutions to promote credit life insurance products that protect borrowers and support financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with branch managers, loan officers, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the business
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities to increase product penetration
- Educate customers (borrowers) about credit life insurance, benefits, and claim processes
- Ensure proper documentation, customer onboarding, and compliance during the sale process
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM or reporting tools
