Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled optometrists for clinical sales & application Trainees for diagnostic and surgical ophthalmology products. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of clinical concepts and a willingness to develop selling skills, technical expertise, and customer insight to deliver valuable solutions
Main Accountabilities
Customer Engagement : Engage with ophthalmologists, surgeons, and operation theater staff to promote ZEISS technologies and products.
Product Adoption : Drive adoption of ZEISS products, including intraocular lenses, in operation theaters and clinics.
Clinical Sales Support : Provide technical and clinical support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the benefits of ZEISS technologies.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ophthalmologists, surgeons, and hospital administrators.
Sales Growth : Contribute to sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Application Support : Provide application support and troubleshooting for ZEISS products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Specifications
Education
Education - bachelor’s in optometry
Experience & Skills
At least 0-18 Months of work experience in an Eye Hospital / Clinic
Positive attitude and passion that energizes customers and colleagues alike
Possess the ability to express ideas in a straightforward and clear manner
