Highly Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Specialist

As a key member of our organization, the Senior Techno Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. With a strong focus on technical expertise and functional knowledge, this individual will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for US and Canada Payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll, with a proven track record of successful implementations and configurations. They should have a solid understanding of payroll processes and elements, as well as experience with North America Taxation and HDL. Additionally, they should be proficient in BIP and OTBI development, SDLC, JIRA, and have excellent communication skills.

In this role, the Senior Techno Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering detailed functional requirements from business stakeholders, documenting these in functional specifications, and conducting regression testing of RICE components. They will also consult on requested configuration changes, analyze the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas, and ensure data integrity and governance through large / complex data imports and extracts.

To succeed in this position, the candidate should have a Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, and have good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area. Desired skills include strong communications skills, readiness to work night shifts, and a positive and learning attitude.
