About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Architect with deep expertise in Einstein Analytics, predictive modeling, dashboard design, and cross-cloud data integration. You will architect, design, and guide delivery teams to build scalable, intelligent, and business-driven analytics solutions on Salesforce.

This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to guide developers throughout the entire SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

CRMA & Einstein Analytics Development

• Architect, design, and develop CRMA dashboards , datasets, lenses, and dataflows.
• Build and deploy Einstein Predictive Models (OOTB + custom).
• Own full predictive lifecycle : data prep → recipe building → model training → deployment → tuning.
• Review dashboards for performance, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.

Data Integration & Modeling

SDLC, Governance & Delivery Management
