You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• .Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• .Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define data models, metrics, and KPIs aligned to business objectives and AI-driven initiatives.
• .Build data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations to support self-service analytics and automated reporting.
• .Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake (ADLS), SQL databases, and APIs for real-time and historical insights.
• .Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance through efficient query design, data transformations, and report optimization.
• .Implement role-based access, row-level security, and governance controls to safeguard sensitive business information.
• .Support data storytelling and decision-making by presenting insights in visually compelling, interactive formats tailored for different business functions.
• .Troubleshoot BI solutions, monitor usage performance, and continuously enhance dashboards based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• .Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize KPIs, metrics, and visualization templates for enterprise-wide reporting consistency.
• .Document BI assets, publish reports to the Power BI Service / Workspace, and support deployment across production environments.
