Voice Associate – English & Language Specialist (French Bilingual)

Location : Noida

Work Type : Full-time | 24 / 7 Shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)

Join our team as a Voice Associate – English & French Bilingual Specialist , where you’ll provide world-class voice support to international customers across residential, business, and contractor segments.

What You’ll Do

Deliver excellent customer service via voice support.

Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and setting realistic expectations.

Resolve complaints within SLA by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.

Manage escalations professionally and empathetically.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate qualification (any discipline).

Strong communication skills in English and French.

Understanding of customer service principles (Empathy, First Call Resolution, C-SAT).

Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and telecom .

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations.

Adaptability to work in rotational shifts (including nights / weekends).

Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.

Experience

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Experienced candidates should have 12+ months in international voice process with proven customer service expertise.
