Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Faculty based in Delhi, India. The Mechanical Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and mentoring students in mechanical design tools such as CAD, CAM, and CAE. The responsibilities include designing course plans, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, and assisting students with concept clarity and application-based learning. The faculty will also actively participate in academic discussions, research initiatives, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and CAE software, with a strong understanding of mechanical design principles
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students and professionals in a classroom or workshop setting
• Excellent communication, instructional, and presentation skills for effectively delivering technical concepts
• Ability to design course materials and customize training methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to mechanical design and engineering challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Passion for teaching and keeping up with advancements in design and engineering software and techniques
