Job descriptionSuccessfully implemented a hospital-wide digital records system, improving efficiency significantly Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Manage hospital budgets, optimize costs, and drive financial efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Implement policies to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Lead and manage hospital staff, fostering a culture of excellence Oversee procurement of medical equipment and supplies. Establish relationships with healthcare stakeholders, government agencies, and insurance companies. Healthcare Management – Expertise in hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards. Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive hospital-wide improvements Regulatory Compliance – Knowledge of healthcare laws, accreditation processes, and quality assurance. Strategic Planning – Ability to develop and execute long-term healthcare strategies. Crisis Management – Skilled in handling emergencies, medical crises, and operational challenges. Technology & Digital Transformation – Experience with hospital information systems and digital healthcare advancements
