Description

We are seeking an experienced R Programmer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and data manipulation using R. You will be responsible for developing analytical models, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various teams to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement statistical models using R programming for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into R solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for R code and analysis processes.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Visualize data and present findings using R libraries such as ggplot2.
  • Optimize existing R scripts for performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in R and statistical methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-14 years of experience in R programming and statistical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms in R.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation using packages like dplyr and tidyr.
  • Experience with data visualization tools in R, especially ggplot2.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and preprocessing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
