Job Description

This is a role based in Delhi, India, with the Planning Manager providing support for DAMAC projects located in various parts of the world.

People Management

• Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the department by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
• Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned department to foster a value driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in engineering is required.

Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate, hospitality sector including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
