Salesforce Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in Einstein Analytics to lead technical solution design, development, and delivery across Salesforce applications. The role involves leading developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure implementations on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver end-to-end solutions across Salesforce clouds.
• Own technical design, architecture, and implementation for Salesforce and Einstein Analytics projects.
• Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL , and integrations.
• Design and build Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM dashboards, datasets, lenses, and dataflows .
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure platform best practices, code quality, performance, and security standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware , or platform events.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications and analytics assets.
• Support release management, CI / CD, and deployment activities.
