Associate Creative Director

Director & Producer (UGC + Product Launch Videos)

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Director & Producer to drive high-quality UGC and product launch video productions. The ideal candidate will first shadow our existing production team to understand our workflow and then independently take ownership of end-to-end shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

• Study and understand the company’s creative workflow and production processes during onboarding.
• Develop detailed pre-production documents including :
• Shot lists
• Script breakdowns
• Prop lists
• Production schedules
• Location planning
• Collaborate with the creative team, art directors, production managers, and clients (if required) to align on storyline, messaging, and brand tone.
