Role Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic and driven Influencer Marketing Interns

to support our team in executing strategic influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and building creator relationships. Interns will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign management, talent coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Outreach

Identify and research relevant influencers and creators.

Assist in building and maintaining influencer databases.

Campaign Support

Support in planning and executing influencer campaigns.

Coordinate with influencers on deliverables, timelines, and briefs.

Content Coordination

Assist in reviewing influencer content for brand alignment.

Stay updated on content trends and platform best practices.

Reporting & Analysis

Track campaign metrics like reach, engagement, and impressions.

Help prepare performance reports and insights.

Trend Monitoring

Research new influencers, formats, and social media trends.

Share fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Cross-Team Assistance

Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications

Passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and social platforms.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset and awareness of social media trends.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Prior experience (internship / freelance) in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media is a plus.

Stipend

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month + Incentives (based on performance)
